When we needed a furnace repair over the weekend, they arrived within two hours, and provided very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service at a reasonable price. We will definitely call Empire State in the future.

Wonderful customer service! Guys were within service window and kept in touch. We have an old furnace that needed basic service. So simple we could maintain ourselves. These guys educated us on our system and could have overcharged but instead were generous and fair.

I had to get my boiler fixed. I am so glad I called Empire Heating and Air. Don came over and diagnosed and explained our problem. He ordered the part and came back over and installed it. He kept on touch every step of the way to tell me when the part was in. He also cleaned our boiler and explained why that was important. Excellent repair and service!

The same guy that did my furnace inspected last year came this morning and explained everything again for me which is very good for me as I can be forgetful. I'm glad I can rely on them to get the job done. I will definitely use them every year until we PCs

I was very impressed with the service they provided. I called and they were able to come over and replace my old furnace within a day. The price was much lower than I expected. I'm would recommend this company to anyone I know.

Top-notch company! I called to have central air installed. I left a message, and Don called back within an hour or so. We talked over some options, and he met me the following weekend to sign a contract and collect the deposit. One week later, on a weekend no less, the installation is complete and works great. Very professional installation, too. Thanks!

Very professional and also down to earth. Explained everything to a t that needed to be done and how much it would cost. I would recommend Empire State Heating and Air to anybody who wants a professional job done that will last. Excellent in every way.

They did everything right and I was very pleased with the job

The technician made contact prior to arriving to let me know he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable on the system and explained how to operate the new system. He was very professional during the entire process. I will use Empire for all my heating and cooling needs.
